On this page, you can quickly and easily inform us about topics related to your membership agreement:

• take a holiday for contract payments (in the case of a permanent membership, you can take up to 8 weeks of holiday per calendar year);
  
• notify us of your wish to change your membership package;
  
• if necessary, write to us about your wish to terminate the contract.
  

Please note that if you send us the application no later than 2 weeks before the end of the cycle, we will be able to implement the change in the next cycle. In the case of applications received later, the change will remain in the next cycle.
