In OMAklubi, your privacy is protected, we pay a lot of attention to the protection of your personal data in our activities. Below we explain in a little more detail how we take care of your personal data and how your data is handled.

What personal data do we collect and manage?
  • name, telephone number, address and e-mail address; credit card and bank account details (if you make payments);
  • cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history);
  • technical data related to the use of the web browser; data related to the profile; other information that you can inform us;
  • marketing and communications data.

For what purpose do we process personal data?
  • we use personal data mainly to provide services, manage orders and communicate with you;
  • we use purchase history data (purchase date, product, quantity, customer data) to compile an overview of the purchased goods and services and to analyze your possible preferences and, accordingly, to offer the service;
  • we use the bank account number to refund your payments, we use credit card data only with prior agreement when charging for your products and services or to refund payments;
  • we process personal data such as e-mail, phone number, name in order to solve issues related to the provision of goods and services, e.g. when solving various contractual or purchase-related issues;
  • we process the website user's IP address or other network identifiers for the provision of the online store as an information society service and for online usage statistics.

What is the legal basis for processing personal data?
  • processing personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with you;
  • we process personal data to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and consumer dispute resolution).

To whom do we transfer personal data?
  • we use personal data to manage your purchases and purchase history and to solve possible problems;
  • name, phone number and e-mail address are only for our own use or, if necessary, when purchasing products, we will pass it on to the transport service provider chosen by you.
  • we may transfer personal data to information technology service providers if it is necessary to ensure the functionality or data hosting of our website and booking center.

How do we ensure the security of personal data and who has access to the data?
  • personal data is stored on the servers of the voog and bsport platforms, which are located in the territory of a member state of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Union Economic Area;
  • access to personal data is available to Omaklubi Sports Club employees, who can view personal data in order to organize the provision of the service and, if necessary, solve technical issues and provide support in the use of the platforms;
  • we implement appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure;
  • transfer of personal data to Omaklubi Sports Club processors (e.g. transport service provider and data hosting) takes place on the basis of contracts concluded with the club and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protection measures when processing personal data.

How can you view and correct your personal data?
You can view personal data and make corrections in the user profile of the bsport platform.

How to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data?
You have the right to withdraw your consent by notifying us by writing to the above e-mail address.

How do we store personal data?
  • upon closing the customer account of our booking platform bsport, personal data will be deleted, except in cases where it is necessary to keep such data for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer disputes;
  • in the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data is stored until the claim is fulfilled or the expiry period ends.
  • personal data necessary for accounting are stored for seven years.

How to delete personal data?
  • to delete personal data, you must contact us by e-mail;
  • we will try to respond to the deletion request as soon as possible, but no later than within a month, and then we will also specify the period of data deletion.

What and how do we make direct marketing messages?
  • We use your e-mail address and phone number to send direct marketing messages, if you have given your consent. If you do not want to receive direct marketing messages, you have to select the corresponding reference on the bsport profile or in the footer of the e-mails sent for notification, or simply write to us;
  • if we process personal data for the purpose of direct marketing (profiling), you have the right to object at any time to the initial and further processing of your personal data, including profile analysis related to direct marketing, by notifying us by e-mail (the relevant information must be provided clearly and separately from all other information) .
How to resolve disputes?
  • Disputes related to the processing of personal data are settled by e-mail. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
  • Omaklubi Sportiklubi is the controller of personal data. Omaklubi Spordiklubi transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor in the bsport system.
